I studied Biomedical Sciences at UGent with a masters in immunology. Currently I am a PhD student researching the T-cell development within the thymus. I aim to phenotypically characterize the commitment stage in early T cell development by using spectral flow cytometry. Furthermore, I use 2D co-culture systems and flow cytometric analysis to study the lineage potential of the early thymocytes.
