I studied Immunology at Charles University in Prague and joined the lab in 2023. In Taghon’s team, I aim to unravel the role of GATA3 in early T cell development, as well as the potential contribution of GATA3 mutations to the emergence of early T cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ETP-ALL). My research integrates diverse molecular techniques such as AbSeq, CUT&RUN, ATOs, and base editing.
