I am a PhD student investigating the molecular mechanisms behind the dichotomy between human thymus Vd1+ and Vd2+ γδ T cells. Specially using  spatial transcriptomic and imaging technologies. Before I joined Taghon’s lab, my master thesis was focused on the myeloid microenvironment of the thymus and afterward developed cellular Chimeric Antigen Receptor -Macrophage therapy in the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University in Taiwan.
